add compat_dir flag

Fixes the issue of triage objects not mounting correctly.

[CRT] s3fs.cpp:s3fs_check_service(4527): Failed to check bucket and directory for mount point : Bucket or directory(/dataset/triaged_job) not found(host=https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com) - You may need to specify the compat_dir option.
